Ka-Bar Dozier Folding Knife Review
When I believe of Ka-Bar, the first thing that come ups to mind is their widely popular USMC knife. Prized by military force around the human race for its acuteness and strength, the Ka-Bar USMC have proven itself to be one of the toughest knives on the market.
Now you can acquire the same Ka-Bar quality in an low-cost and compact folding knife. After hearing good things about the Ka-Bar Dozier Iodine decided to acquire my own. Here are my honorable ideas on the knife:
What I like about the knife:
1. The 3 inch drop-point style leaf blade is a great size for legal mundane carry. It is hollow land with rust resistant golds 8A unstained steel. My Dozier came hair shaving crisp right out of the box and corset crisp even after perennial use.
2. Ka-Bar uses a proved lockback mechanism, which gives your fingers first-class protection from lock failure. When the knife is in the unfastened position, just force down the button on the manage to let go of the blade.
3. Each Dozier come ups with a glass-reinforced zytel manage that is not only super-tough, but unaffected by elements such as as rainfall or snow. The checkered form gives you an anti-slip clasp that experiences very nice in your hand.
4. You have got options when you purchase the Kabar Dozier. It come ups with either a driblet point or cartridge holder point. Each theoretical account open ups easily with the pollex he-man on the blade.
What I didn't like:
I wish that the Ka-Bar Dozier was offered with at least partial serrations. I also wish that the Dozier was available with a longer leaf blade (4-5 inches).
Overall:
With a recommended retail value under $30, you acquire a batch of knock for your vaulting horse with this knife. The Dozier will outperform and outlive many knives with terms tags over $100.
